Internship Opportunities for Students

Opportunities to gain real-world experience are integral to a University of Mount Saint Vincent education. Internships connect the classroom to the world, allowing students to transfer theory to practical application. Such experience allows students to explore potential careers, enhance their resumes, and forge professional connections. Internships consist of 60 required hours for 1 academic credit, 80 hours for 2 credits and 120 hours for 3 credits.

Alumnae/i provide such opportunities while strengthening their organizations. Alums can hire students for credit granting and/or paid internships; offer employment opportunities to recent graduates in your field; cultivate colleagues to recruit interns and graduates from the Mount; and link students to appropriate career development resources.
