"It is amazing what simple generosity can
do. There is no way that I could pay for this
wonderful college experience without the Josephine
Doty Jaburg Scholarship. God bless you and yours, and
thank you again." More...

Maggie Tringali was enjoying a glass of wine at a reunion class meeting when a classmate nominated her for class fund agent. Maggie raised her wine glass at exactly the same moment and suddenly the election was over. That was 15 years ago. Maggie is still not quite sure what happened, but she’s been a fund agent ever since. More...

The College of Mount Saint Vincent will host its annual Scholarship Tribute Dinner at Cipriani on 42nd Street in New York City. The Dinner is an important event for the College and for the community as monies raised through the Dinner provide scholarship funds for strong students with great need, a wonderful investment in the future.
In addition to supporting the Dinner by purchasing a table/s or tickets, invitees are also offered something new - the opportunity to underwrite key segments of the event, as well as the ability to advertise in the Online Dinner Journal. The Dinner Event Journal appears online at www.mountsaintvincent.edu/Dinner.

Underway
Scheduled to open for the Fall 2007
semester, Mastronardi Residence Hall will house nearly

SPOTLIGHT: College Awards 35% of the Class of
2010 Merit Scholarships
As a result
of extraordinary support from our Alumnae/i and friends,
the College of Mount Saint Vincent has awarded 35%
of its new freshman class merit based
scholarships. Our students are critical thinkers,
creative learners and unconventional dreamers.
Scholarship awards provide these impressive individuals
an opportunity to enhance their lives, and the lives of
their families, friends and communities.
For Divine Tabios, Class of 2004,
a merit scholarship from the College of Mount Saint
Vincent made the difference between attending the Mount
and attending a community college. This is not unusual;
nearly 90 percent of the Mount’s students receive
some kind of financial assistance. While programs include
federal and state financial aid, a large portion of
student support comes in the form of scholarships and aid
provided by the College.
