Softball set to compete in Centenary College Fall
Invitational on Oct. 16
Dolphins to play three times during fall tune-up event
10/12/2005 - On Sunday, Oct. 16, the Mount Saint Vincent
Softball team will travel to Hackettstown, N.J. to compete
in the Centenary College Fall Invitational Tournament. The
event will feature three games in which Head Coach
Mary Marra will have the opportunity to
see what her team will bring to the table when the 2006
season begins in March.
The Mount opens play at 10:00 a.m. against Brookdale College, and will face Centenary College at 11:45 a.m. After a break, the Dolphins will return to action against Baruch to conclude the day.
Mount Saint Vincent finished the 2005 season with a 12-17 record, including a 4-12 record in the Skyline Conference and a 4-3 record in the Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference (HVWAC) where they lost in the semifinal round.
