The College of Mount Saint Vincent is independently chartered to grant degrees by the Regents of
the State of New York. It is registered by the New York State Education Department, Office of
Higher Education, in Albany, NY.

The College of Mount Saint Vincent is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the
Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
