STUDENTS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE PRIOR TO START OF CLASSES 

Students must provide the following to be compliance: 

• Proof of Immunity to MMR  
• Student’s Vaccine History Required
      Measles:  Two Valid Measles Vaccine Dates 
      Mumps:   One Valid Mumps Vaccine Date
      Rubella:   One Valid Rubella Vaccine Date 
                         or
      Two Valid MMR Vaccine Dates 
                         or
      Positive Blood Test Result for MMR
• College policy requires all residential students to show proof of receiving the meningococcal meningitis vaccine before moving into the residence halls
