Los Angeles, Calif. – College of Mount Saint Vincent Men’s Lacrosse player Dan Cohen (Ardsley, N.Y.) has been named to the 2010 Jewish Sports Review Division II/III All-America Team it was

announced on Thursday morning. In his first season with the Mount, Cohen led the Dolphins in scoring with 45 points. Cohen has become the program’s first ever All-America selection.

 

Cohen appeared in all 16 games for the Dolphins as a sophomore and made 15 starts. He totaled a team-high 30 goals on the season to go along with 15 helpers for his season total of 45 points. He tallied a game-winning goal on the year and also picked up 40 groundballs for the Dolphins.

 

2010 was a record season for Mount Saint Vincent as the program set single season records in nearly every major statistical category, including wins, goals, assists and points.  

 

Mount Saint Vincent finished the 2010 season with a 7-9 overall record and a 1-5 mark in Skyline Conference play. The Dolphins earned the program’s first ever league win on April 15 when it defeated Bard College 21-1.
