The part-time head coach will be responsible for the development, coaching, organization and management of the softball team. Duties will include but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, game management, budget, equipment management, promotional activities, fund raising, player eligibility and NCAA Division III rules compliance. College of Mount Saint Vincent is a member of the Skyline, NCAA Division III and an ECAC member. College of Mount Saint Vincent is a four-year institution which offers excellent academic and professional programs to more than 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or related field. Required: Previous successful coaching and playing experience on the College or High School level, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, recruiting experience and knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations as well as a valid driver's license is required.
