Assistant Coach: Constantine Jean-Pierre
 
College of Mount Saint Vincent Head Women’s Basketball Coach Gerald Davis welcomes Constantine Jean-Pierre in his first season as his assistant coach for the 2009-10 season. Prior to coming to Riverdale, Jean-Pierre served as an assistant with the Abraham Lincoln High School Boys Program.

Jean-Pierre will be involved in all areas of the program, including opponent scouting, practice, game preparation and the personal development of each player. Coach Jean-Pierre was a particularly strong mentor for the Lincoln post players, helping the Railsplitters frontcourt become one of the P.S.A.L.’s more formidable units.

Coach Jean-Pierre is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University with a degree in Sociology. While at Johnson C. Smith he worked with head basketball coach Steve Joyner as a team manager. After graduating he went on to complete his master’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Coaching and Conditioning at Long Island University in Brooklyn, N.Y..

His resume includes coaching stops at two High Schools and also includes work at number of Basketball camps such as Five Star (Summer 2003), Knicks camp (Summer 2004), Hugo Boss (Summer 2004-2005) and Basketball City (Summer 2004-2005). 

Jean-Pierre is a native of Brooklyn, N.Y.
