The Dolphins were defeated by the host Raptors 3-2 and also by Polytechnic 3-0. 6/1/2007 - On the heels of a 17-11 campaign during the 2006 season, the Mount Saint Vincent Women's Volleyball team will embark on an even more competitive slate for the 2007 season, a slate that includes 21 regular season matches, a trip to the Kean University Tournament, and high hopes that last season's success was just the start of things to come. The Mount will compete at home only eight times during the season, but those matches will prove to be exciting as Mount Saint Vincent will look to reach the Skyline Conference playoffs for the first time, ever, and win the HVWAC Championship for the second time during the last three seasons. 11/15/2006 - Three members of the Mount Saint Vincent Women's Volleyball team earned All-Conference honors for outstanding efforts during the 2006 season in leading the Mount to a remarkable turnaround. The Dolphins finished 2006 with a 17-11 overall record after finishing the 2005 season with a 14-19 record as junior Edeana Martinez (Bronx, NY/St. Catherine), senior Roxanne Predergast (Center Moriches, NY/Westhampton Beach HS), and freshman Michelle Dedvukaj (Bronx, NY/St. Catherine) enjoyed stellar 2006 campaigns and were a huge factor behind the Mount's success. 11/4/2006 - During an emotional, roller coaster ride of a day for the Mount Saint Vincent Women's Volleyball team, the Dolphins proved once again how far they have come in a year. Despite falling for the second consecutive season to St. Joseph's in the Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference (HVWAC) Championship Game, just getting to the Final proved to be yet another accomplishment for what proved to be an outstanding team as the Mount's grit and determination was tested like never before against Sarah Lawrence in the HVWAC Semifinals earlier in the day.
