9/17/2010 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team was defeated on the road at Bard Thursday night in its Skyline Conference opener by a score of 5-0. The Dolphins mustered just one shot in the contest, while junior netminder Kara McNish (Hawthorne, N.J.) made 10 saves.
9/15/2010 - Freshman midfielder Kay Ramirez (Bayside, N.Y.) scored two goals and added an assist as the College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team bested visiting CCNY 4-1 on Tuesday afternoon. Three different Dolphins found the back of the net in the game with Brittany Kehoe (Stony Point, N.Y.) and Laura Carr (Franklin Square, N.Y.) also scoring.
9/11/2010 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team dropped its 2010 home opener on Saturday afternoon to Staten Island by a score of 4-0. Staten Island scored a pair of goals early in each half to propel itself to the shutout win.
9/2/2010 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team dropped its first match of the 2010 season at Rutgers-Newark on Wednesday evening by a score of 8-0. Junior goalie Kara McNish (Hawthorne, N.J.) made 17 saves between the pipes for the Dolphins in her collegiate debut.
8/10/2010 - College of Mount Saint Vincent Director of Athletics Steve Macias has announced the hiring of Felicia Amaral to the positions of Head Women’s Soccer Coach and Assistant Athletic Trainer Monday afternoon. Amaral was a standout goalkeeper for Long Island University (LIU) from 2004-07 and also worked in Sports Medicine at the Division I level at both LIU and Columbia University.
10/16/2009 - Freshmen Eva Lugo (Monteria, Columbia) and Brianne Horner (Malibu, Calif.) scored goals and Michelle Miller (Chester, Pa.) recorded her first career shutout as the College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer squad downed Yeshiva 2-0 for its first win of 2009.
10/1/2009 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team was downed on the road Wednesday afternoon at Skyline rival Old Westbury by a score of 9-0. Freshman goalkeeper Micelle Miller (Chester, Pa.) made a career-high 22 saves for the Dolphins on the afternoon.
9/28/2009 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s soccer team was defeated on Monday afternoon by Medgar Evers College by a score of 10-2. Freshman Sarah Colletti (Mansfield, Mass.) scored both Mount Saint Vincent goals, recording the first two markers of her career.
9/23/2009 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team dropped its third straight decision on Tuesday afternoon with a 4-0 loss at the City College of New York. Freshman goalkeeper Michelle Miller (Chester, Pa.) continued her solid early season play by making nine saves for the Mount
8/28/2009 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team has been selected to finish ninth in the Skyline Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll it was announced on Friday afternoon. The Dolphins received 20 points in the poll, just two points behind eighth place Maritime.
11/2/2008 - Three seniors combined for three goals and an assist this evening as the College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team played Maritime to a 3-3 draw. Annamaria Buzzetta (Brooklyn, NY) scored two goals and classmate Jen Lupero (Mamaroneck, NY) added a marker, while Kat Gentsch (Staten Island, NY) posted an assist for the Dolphins.
9/24/2008 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team was defeated by CCNY 4-1 on Wednesday at Tibbetts Brook Park. Junior Kelly Curran (Wharton, NJ) tallied the Mount’s lone goal in the contest in the second half.
9/10/2008 - Annamaria Buzzetta (Brooklyn, NY) scored a pair of goals and senior captain Kat Gentsch (Staten Island, NY) added a goal and an assist to help the Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer squad to a 5-0 win over Yeshiva (0-2, 0-2 Skyline) on Tuesday night. Freshman goalkeeper Jen Kaufmann (Wharton, NJ) recorded the shutout for her first career win.
8/29/2008 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team will open the season on Saturday night when it hosts Fontbonne (MO) at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers. The Dolphins are under the direction of new head coach Pat Gormley and are coming off a 2007 season that saw them win seven contests.
8/26/2008 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer squad was picked seventh in the Skyline Conference Pre-Season Poll that was released Monday afternoon. The Dolphins received 34 points in the poll voted on by the conference’s 10 head coaches. Farmingdale was picked as the overwhelming favorite with 80 total points.
6/24/2008 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer program released its 2008 schedule on Tuesday morning. The slate is highlighted by 10 home games with the first coming on August 30 against Fontbonne (MO). The Dolphins will also square off with Division II St. Thomas Aquinas on the road and will open Skyline Conference play on September 9 at Yeshiva.
11/13/2007 - Senior midfielder Cynthia Osorio (Oceanside, NY) was named Second Team All-Skyline Conference it was announced by the league office on Tuesday. Osorio led the Dolphins in goals and points in 2007.
11/5/2007 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team closed out the season with a tough 1-0 loss at Staten Island on Sunday in the HVWAC Soccer Championship game. The Dolphins had three players named to the HVWAC All-Conference team and head coach Natalie Smith was named the league’s Coach of the Year.
10/31/2007 - The College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team will take on CCNY on Thursday in a Hudson Valley Women’s Athletic Conference Semifinal match at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers. In their earlier meeting this season, the Dolphins topped the Beavers 2-0.
10/22/2007 - On Senior Night, the College of Mount Saint Vincent Women’s Soccer team snapped a five match losing streak with an 8-0 win over Yeshiva at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers. Senior Cynthia Osorio (Oceanside, NY) led the offensive charge with two goals and an assist, while Louisa Jamochian (Olney, MD) posted her second multiple goal game of the season.
