Rowan Frederick Named Skyline Men’s Lacrosse Rookie Of The Week

Lawrenceville, N.J. – College of Mount Saint Vincent freshman Rowan Frederick (Brooklyn, N.Y.) has been named the Skyline Conference Men’s Lacrosse Rookie of the Week it was announced on Monday evening. This marks the first career weekly honor for Frederick.

The Midwood High School product helped propel the Mount to a 15-3 win over Wells on Saturday night with three goals and an assist. He also scooped a game-high 10 groundballs in the winning effort for the Dolphins. With his output against the Express Frederick ranks third in the league in points per game at 3.50 and is currently second on the team in goals (5) and points (7).
The win on Saturday evened Mount Saint Vincent’s record for the season at 1-1. The Dolphins will be back in action again on Thursday night for a non-league tilt with Hendrix (Ark.). Face-off at Tibbetts Brook Park is slated for 7:00 p.m.
