At the Department of Business and Economics we focus on deepening students' understanding of economic concepts and the central role of business in society. Students increase their ability to function in an economic environment, and they learn to solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively. 

During 2009-2010 academic year Department is introducing new exciting programs:

• MBA;
• B.S. in Accounting;
• Concentration in MIS within B.S. in Business Administration;
• Classes pertaining to the minor in International Studies and to the minor in Women's Studies are also being offered.
