The Department prepares students to enter professions and careers that include law, social work, administration in government or business, social research and data analysis, law enforcement, corrections, urban planning, crime scene investigation, community advocacy, and human resources and diversity training. Internships are available and are designed to permit students to develop career interests and apply knowledge in field experiences.
