Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts (Bursar) Office handles the billing and collection of tuition, fees, and room and board charges for all students.

The Student Accounts (Bursar) Office is also responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all student financial aid. Other services provided by the Office:  

• Maintains all student financial records
• Answers student/parent questions regarding student accounts
• Performs regular billing procedures
• Maintains Bursar holds, places and removes holds for past due accounts 
• Student ID's
• Certifies TAP eligibility

Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Office at the College of Mount Saint Vincent College provides a variety of academic-oriented services such as:

• Maintaining academic records of current and former students
• Facilitating registration procedures
• Coordinating the schedule of classes
• Developing the final examination schedule
• Assigning classroom space
• The verification of student enrollment
• Development of the academic calendar
• Processing transcript requests
