Do I need
to submit my high school records?
If you have
fewer than 24 credits, you must submit your high school
transcripts and results of standardized tests. We
don’t require transcripts and test results from
students with 24 credits or more.
What are the
application deadlines?
Our application deadline for fall admission is August 1;
for spring admission the deadline is January 5.
Do I need to fill out a separate application to be
considered for a scholarship?
No. When you apply
for admission, you automatically apply for all our
merit-based scholarships for transfer students.
When will I find out which credits will transfer from my
previous college?
A credit evaluation will be included in your acceptance
packet. If you are currently taking classes, we will do
another credit evaluation to reflect your completed
coursework.

Why is the nursing program especially difficult to get into?
Admission to nursing is especially competitive for a variety of reasons, among them a challenging curriculum, high demand for the program, and Mount Saint Vincent’s commitment to keeping classes small to maintain a personal learning environment.
