of Mount Saint Vincent freshman Jessie Mitchell
(Suffern, NY) has been named the Skyline
Conference Rookie of the Week it was announced Monday
evening. This marks the second straight week that Mitchell
has be honored by the conference.

Mitchell continued her solid play for the Dolphins with seven points over three games last week. At Maritime on Wednesday, Mitchell finished with three goals, before netting four tallies on Saturday against Ramapo. Mitchell also finished the week with 11 groundballs and nine draw controls. Mitchell helped the Dolphins to a 2-1 week.
At 6-6 overall and 2-0 in the Skyline Conference, Mount Saint Vincent will be back in action on April 23 against Farmingdale State. The contest at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers is set for 4:00 p.m.
