Baseball Game At #5 Cortland Has Been Cancelled Due To Weather

RIVERDALE, NY – Mount Saint Vincent’s game scheduled for Friday afternoon at #5 Cortland State has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The forecast in and around the area of Cortland, NY is calling for heavy rain throughout the day.

After downing Yeshiva on both Tuesday and Wednesday, Mount Saint Vincent stands at 11-11 overall on the season and 6-4 in the Skyline Conference. The Dolphins are winners of their last five contests and have averaged 12.4 runs per game over that stretch. On Wednesday, Mount Saint Vincent tied the program record for runs in a game with 22.

With the cancellation of Friday’s contest, the Dolphins next scheduled opponent is Polytechnic on Sunday, April 13. The Skyline doubleheader is scheduled to start at Noon on Sunday and will be played at SUNY Purchase.
