Celebrating classes ending in  "5" and "0" with special tribute to the Class of 1960, celebrating their 50th reunion, and the Class of 1985, celebrating their 25th reunion. 

REUNION PLANNING

Reunion Meetings for 2009-2010:

September 12: Alumnae/i Council meeting
We invite all Class Coordinators and Fund Agents (especially Reunion “5” and “0” years) to join us for breakfast and a meeting. We will be reviewing a schedule for the year, discussing Reunion, and giving an update on the Alumnae/i Office and Annual Fund.

REUNION WEEKEND:

Are you interested in volunteering your time over Reunion weekend? We would love to have you join us!
The volunteer jobs include everything from registering guests, to directing diners to the buffet tables, to driving alums up and down our hilly campus. You can sign up to help with all or part of the festivities. We will provide you with meals and a room for those who can stay overnight and judging from past years, we really do have a good time! What will be provided:
Sheets, Blankets, Pillows, a Towel, Soap, Plastic cup for the bathroom, Hangers (3 per person) & a White trash bag

What to bring:
- Any items that would make your stay more enjoyable - personal belongings are always a good idea!
- Items listed above, so you may have extra with you, if needed.

Weekend Information:
- Alumni staying over will receive a weekend packet during Friday night/Saturday registration that includes the weekend program, a nametag, a room key and any other pertinent information.
- Alumni who are attending individual events will receive the weekend program, a nametag and any other pertinent information at the first event they are attending.
- For those checking in on Saturday, a weekend packet will be left at the front desk of the dorm you are staying in for Saturday evening. However, a nametag will be left at the first event you are registered for, as well.

- Important information will be posted on the bulletin boards in the dorm lobby and on each floor - weekend program, bus hours, coffee service, etc.

Parking on Campus:
- Alums will be given parking permits and maps at the security booth when they arrive for Reunion Weekend.

- Friday night registration (4:00 to 7:30 PM) and Check-out will be Sunday afternoon (11:30 AM to 1:30 PM) at either Seton or Alumnae Residence Halls.

     - For those staying in Alumnae Hall, for registration and check-out you will enter through the parking lot entrance of Alumnae Pavilion 
(“the old entrance”). For all other times, guest in this dorm are to enter the building using the Alumnae/Mastronardi main entrance.

- Guests can park their cars in either Seton or Alumnae parking lots during registration and check-out times and while unloading luggage. Please move your car in a timely fashion to make sure other alums have a chance to unload there luggage. 

- Those staying in the dorms will park at designated Residence Halls (Seton or Alumnae) or Villa lot.

- For those attending individual events parking will be in the Villa Lot.

- We ask that you either walk to events or use the shuttle bus. The shuttle will be available during the weekend to transport guests throughout the campus from the residence halls or parking areas to the different events. During peak times special “Reunion Taxis”, operated by Alumnae/i volunteers, will also be available.

- Fire Lanes are marked - Please do not park in fire lanes. This is a safety concern as well as a violation of fire code.  Please ask for help if you are unsure where to park temporarily.
