Against the College of New Rochelle, Ebbitts posted a 10-1 win at first singles and then teamed with freshman Jackie Galgano (Stony Point, NY) for an 8-1 win at first doubles over the Blue Angles. Ebbitts would go on to post two more wins at the top singles position last week with a 6-4, 6-1 win at Polytechnic and a 10-2 triumph against St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn. Ebbitts also teamed with Megan Fraino (New City, NY) at first doubles in those to matches to earn 8-5 and 7-7, (10-6) wins.
With the three match winning streak, the Dolphins have improved to 4-4 overall on the season and stand at 2-1 in the HVWAC. They will return to action for a Skyline Conference match at Mount Saint Mary this evening. The match is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in Newburgh, NY.
