Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program
Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible for certification as a Family Nurse
Practitioner in New York State through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.          

Admissions Requirements

Individuals applying for the program must fulfill the following criteria:
  • Obtain a Master's degree in nursing
  • Have at least one year of recent professional nursing practice
  • Interview with the Chairperson of the Nursing Department
