Edward H. Meyer, Dean
Professor Meyer has been an Educator for more than 30 years. His academic interests and professional training span several disciplines including mathematics, higher education, law, business, and human resources management. Professor Meyer holds five earned degrees and is a member of the New York Bar. Recently, he served as national president and as well as holding a position on the board of directors of the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, a national accrediting association in business. Tamara Arbesman, Director - Marketing and Recruitment
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Tamara is new to the college and joins the School of Professional and Continuing Studies after spending the past 3 years at New York University. She has as M.B.A from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business, and is working on her Ph.D. from NYU in the field of Higher Education. Her primary area of interest includes college rankings and the impact that these rankings have on the college choice process, and in particular, the decision making process of students choosing to attend graduate school. She is also interested in the experiences of foreign nationals who choose to pursue their post-secondary education in the United States.

Belgica Collado, Executive Assistant - School of Professional and Continuing Studies
Belgica has been at the college for the past 8 years and is also a graduate from the class of 2006. After working in a number of different positions at Mount Saint Vincent, Belgica has found that working with adult students through the SPCS to be one of the most fulfilling and gratifying roles she has held thus far. Belgica enjoys travelling, particularly throughout the Caribbean, and always looks forward to meeting new people from different countries and cultures during her travels.
