Apply Online through the College's website. Please note that this online form cannot be saved and must be completed in full in one session. Please complete all sections of the application.
The application fee (beginning January 31, 2012) is $40 for all graduate and SPCS programs.
A $100 enrollment fee is required for students who are accepted into the program for which they applied if they do not register for the term indicated on their application. Deferments will require this fee.
References and Official Transcript(s)
References and transcripts can be sent separately or as part of the complete application. Both references and transcripts should be sent in envelopes sealed by the individual issuing the reference or the college issuing the official transcript. Copies and open envelopes are unofficial documents and will not be accepted.

Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended (if you have attended an institution outside of the United States, your transcripts must be evaluated by WES ( www.wes.org)
If you have official college transcripts in sealed envelopes, please include them with your application. If not, please request that official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate courses previously completed be sent to the School of Professional and Continuing Studies.

When an applicant applies for admission to a graduate program, the Program Director determines the applicant’s eligibility for admission. The Dean of the School of Professional and Continuing Studies (SPCS) issues a formal letter of admission to the applicant. Applicants who fail to enroll for the term for which they were granted admission must send a written notice to the Graduate and SPCS Admissions Office requesting a deferment of their admission or they will be required to reapply according to the catalog requirements in effect at the time of reapplication. An applicant who is granted a dferment must submit a non-refundable deposit of $100.
Applicants are required to schedule an advisement interview with the Chairperson/Director of their program or designee after the School of Professional and Continuing Studies issues a letter of acceptance into graduate studies. Applications will be considered as long as there is space remaining for the selected program/semester.
Financial Aid Information
Applicants seeking to qualify for financial aid must submit the FAFSA form. For fall candidates, the recommended deadline for FAFSA completion is: March 15th. For spring candidates, the recommended deadline for FAFSA completion is: December 1st.
