It is the intent of the conference to provide an evaluation for each platform and poster presentation. Faculty members of participating institutions will provide unbiased evaluations. Copies of the evaluation forms are presented here so that students and their mentors can understand the criteria for evaluations.

The evaluations may serve two purposes. The first purpose is to provide students written comments about their data and the presentation of their data. The second purpose may also provide the basis for awards that will be distributed during the Awards Banquet.

It is the intent that one award may be given for each platform presentation session. Moreover, awards will be distributed for excellent poster presentations. Clearly stated, only excellent platform presentations and only excellent poster presentations will be given awards. If faculty deem that no presentation is excellent, then an award may not be given.
