Guest Room Rates: Singles, doubles, triples, and quads are available at a special rate of $109/night for 20 April and 21 April 2007 only. (group code: MANMANA)

Room taxes on the above are currently 7.375% state and 3% occupancy. A representative from Marriott stated, "The only way to avoid the room tax is for the individual to pay for the room(s) with a tax-exempt credit card issued in their own name, or with the organization's check. A valid NYS Tax Exemption form in the same name must be provided at time of check-in.".

Deadline: Lodging reservations must be made before March 30, 2007 to obtain these preferred group rates.

Reservations must be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott either online Mariott.com or by phone 1-800-228-9290. Remember to mention the group code (MANMANA) to get these preferred rates.

Check-in/Check-out: The earliest check-in time on 20 April 2007 is 3:00 A.M. The latest check-out time on 22 April 2007 is 12:00 A.M.

Smoking Policy: The Westchester Marriott is a 100% smoke-free environment.(Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas). Violators of this policy will be fined up to $250. Persons who are securing rooms for a group are expected to publicize this policy to all members of the group.
