9/5/2006 - All HVWAC member Colleges share the belief that a spirit of fair play and sportsmanship is the central component of sound athletic competition.  The Conference expects all participants to exhibit good sportsmanship and show respect for fellow athletes, coaches and officials during all competitive events.
