- The Voicemail needs to be changed on an extension. I was given the password. So I got in, and changed the outgoing message by pressing 3 at the main menu, but the name I hear every time I check the message is still the old one. How do I change that?
- I just listened to someone's long message about their being on vacation, then I left a message and now I realized that I have to call them back to say one more thing. Can I skip the greeting?
