Orientation 2008
What's your X Factor?  That's what we want to know when we welcome the Class of 2012 to the College of Mount Saint Vincent this summer.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help you make a smooth transition to the Mount and give you the best opportunity to get to know CMSV, complete your placement exams, get your schedule for fall classes, learn about the many resources available to you on campus, and meet other students! Orientation gives you the opportunity to interact with faculty, staff, and students and ask the questions about the academic offerings, student services, or simply what it's like to be a student at the Mount.

Our Mission

The mission of Orientation 2008 is to enhance the academic and co-curricular experience at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. The program will support incoming students in preparing for educational success, as well as develop them as dynamic members of the campus and community. Partnering collaboratively with campus departments and current student leaders, Orientation 2008 will help students and families gain the information, college and coping skills, multicultural experiences, and help build meaningful relationships important to cultivating intellectual and personal growth.
